Love the ease of use

I have used Turbo Tax for years and don't plan on changing any time in the near future. It's easy to do, allows me to work on my returns at times convenient to my schedule and I can print and file whenever I'm finished.
What's great about it: Just supply answer to the questions and you're done
What's not so great: Had a slight problem in printing to mail returns

I am so grateful to Turbotax throughout the many years. I am currently over 20 years with Turbotax and still going. Thanks for keeping the tax process so easy.

Overall, I found turbotax very helpful. I was a bit frustrated when I was putting in my interest portion. I got caught in an endless loop because Fidelity is also listed on my past return as National Financial Services. I downloaded my Fidelity info, but then it asked for my National Financial Services info. I had already put it in, but it wouldn't let me get passed this spot.
What's great about it: Got my taxes done in less than 2 hrs!
What's not so great: Had to pay to send State tax return

Easy, complete and stress free

TurboTax Deluxe is great for the semi-complicated return: itemized deductions, multiple income sources, mortgage refinances, rental income, etc. I've used it for more than 15 years and would never go back to doing the forms by hand.
What's great about it: TurboTax leads you and prompts you on all issues
What's not so great: I wish it were free!

So easy to use! Wish I wouldnt have spent all the $$ to get a preparer to complete over the years!!
