Gets better and better every year

This is at least my 10th year of using TurboTax. Every year it becomes more thorough and easier to use and navigate. The donation estimator is a great help.
Two concerns: I had a hard time finding my AGI before completing the form -- AGI should be ongoing, just like how much tax I owe. Second There should be an option to print just the pages that go to the IRS. And printing the state forms should have an option for skipping the Fed forms, which I have already printed.

I have used this for years and always appreciate the ease of the program. Get it done quickly and best return possible. Audit Defense is great! Never have to deal with the IRS.

Taxed from Preparing Taxes

Overall as good an experience as one can have from preparing taxes. Like the set-up of the calculation worksheet, like the ability to contact someone with questions. Easy to use.

Easy as 1-2-3

I have used Turbo Tax for the last three years and I will never pay another accountant or service to do my taxes. Turbo tax makes me feel in control and comfortable with my entries. I never have any doubts that I understand what I am selecting and I appreciate the prompts and reviews to verify all the information I have entered is complete and correct. Turbo Tax is an excellent tool and makes everyone capable of being their own personal tax preparer.
What's great about it: step by step guide, easy instructions, easy entry, no doubts
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

MO splits property tax into real estate tax and personal property tax which the latter includes automobiles. Your language makes it confusing to enter the personal property tax in the correct place.

Manuever within sections. Vehicle info. Worksheets

(1) I found it impossible to go directly from Forms to same area in EZStep. (2) Worksheets not printed fully. There's alot of info I put into these and I wanted them for my files. (3) Must input redundant vehicle info when same vehicle is used for another job. In my case it was 2 vehicles each used on 4 separate projects. It's like I had to input 8 different vehicles. This has been a past issue w/Turbo Tax...regretably I remembered this too late in the game. I used the MAC version.
What's great about it: transfer of basic data from last yr. had Mac compatibility.
What's not so great: "Forms" to EZStep. Worksheets not printed. Vehicle redundancy.

Printing Confusion

No clear-cut way to print returns when at e-filing option -- kept ending up at support articles screen not printing command. Didn't e-file because of this.

Amazing Product!

This is a great product, and the "gateway" for e filing is fantastic. The fact that I can now track my refund on my i phone is a wonderful bonus. Great Job!
