Quick and Easy

My greatest help was the download of financial information and placing the data in the correct forms. I had over 100 stock/options transactions, all completed in 5 seconds. Easy K-1 form completion for MLPs. Easy filing and saving of PDF. No printing. I also used the state form and it was also easy. I'm an Advantage member and will continue to be.
What's great about it: Easy Investment Forms, etc
What's not so great: None come to mind

Good experience overall

I have filed with TurboTax (and its predecessors) for over 20 years. The process is easy and accurate except for one area: we have a large number of charitable deductions and there is no way to organize them in TT. It always lists them in the order they were first entered. TT really needs a way to sort them alphabetically, so that it is easy to make sure that we have neither omitted nor duplicated the data for any charities.
What's great about it: Calculations easy and accurate
What's not so great: Entering large number of charitable deductions is too difficult

Speed up the process

Overall a quick easy method for self filing of taxes, collects the data and keeps everything logical.
What's great about it: walks you through the entire process.
What's not so great: sometimes you wind up in loops, especially at the file process

Great software

I have used Turbo tax for a number of years now. I like being able to pull up last years from and then enter this years data and see the changes. I have had no issues at all with the software.
What's great about it: easy to use for both beginner and pro. I like the reviews and the ability to go to the forms I wish to review
What's not so great: For an experienced user the the questions designed to lead one from one form to another can be time consuming to get thr
