My taxes have been Turbo-Filed

I have done my taxes through Turbo Tax for years and think it is the best way to do it. It was great when I went to buy my house that it was so easy to just pull up my past taxes to take to the bank for my house loan.
What's great about it: Quicker this year
What's not so great: at start the up dates froze my computer

Easy as "Sunday Morning"

Every year the TurboTax software gets more thorough and easier to use.
What's great about it: Enter information once and puts it where it is needed!
What's not so great: Seems like it is progressing slowly but suddenly, you're all done.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Ease of filing

Over all one of the best ways to prepare and file my annual\Income tax. Will continue to use it as long as
it keeps improving and remains error free.

Not as user friendly as it used to be

I've used turbotax for years. My problem with turbotax is that it no longer picks up right where you left off after closing it and coming back to it later. I did save before closing it and upon opening found myself having to answer questions I had answered previously. Very annoying! I tried switching to forms thinking if I found the form I was working on and then switched back to step by step it would bring me to that spot but it didn't. It still brought me back to where it wanted to be not where I wanted to be.
What's great about it: walks you through step by step and does calculations
What's not so great: doesn't always pick up where you left off or where you want to go to

TurboTax was informative and easy to use

Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others.
What's great about it: I like the step by step questions
What's not so great: The 1099 section needs a little more improvement to determine whats what.

Overall very helpful and efficient tool for reporting tax by oneself. Only concern is - foreign earned income and tax paid outside the states portions are not very clearly illustrated, hope to be improved for next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use overall
What's not so great: Some specific area is a little confusing

Have been using TurboTax since your first released software. Never encountered any problems and if assistance is needed it is readily available. Used on personal and business tax submittal for federal and state.
What's great about it: Very easy to file - excellent help segments
What's not so great: None encountered
