What's great about it: had my return from 2011

Love Turbo Tax

I've use Turbo Tax for years, and I love it.
It makes the tedious task of taxes a little bit more palatable.

Ease in filing return

I have been using turbo tax for years and I am always happy to see how easy it is to file my taxes.. If I miss something, or make an error, the software catches it for me, and helps me correct it prior to filing.. Cool check and balance.. Thank you
What's great about it: It was an ease, both doing my taxes and the e-filing..

Turbo Tax makes filing easy by asking common-language questions, not just stating what numbers go in which blanks.

Turbo Tax is Awesom

I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years and each time the process is simple to follow. They take the worry out of everything and questions are answered immediately. I can't imagine using any other tax software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, takes the worry out of the process, and gets better every year
What's not so great: Paying for the state return after purchase of the software, if I had to choose one thing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

I've used the Turbo Tax program for over 10 years, and I believe the software gets better every year. I like that I can download my investment information right from my bank. The whole experience gives me confidence and peace of mind that my taxes are done correctly.
What's great about it: interview helps me remember and the comparison to the previous year assures consistency
What's not so great: none, except for all that confusion over MN state taxes
Pros: I bought or sold investments
