Turbo Tax is worse than ever

Even when you try to overcome Turbotax screw-up, it doesn't give overwrite facilities.
Too many interruptions to sell upgrades.
YOU DO NOT PROVIDE TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE AND YOU HELP ANSWERS ARE NO HELP AT ALL IN THE PROGRAM.
You even make this form harder by Nickname length. Who are you to tell people what their nickname should be.
What's not so great: Screws up downloads from Brokers, IRA 8606, etc.

Excellent program

Overall a great product to file on's taxes. I'm sure it could be improved when one gets to the state part. Difficult to figure out how to print the state file. The person who helped me on the phone was terrific.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate for the most part
What's not so great: Difficult to figure out when one wants to finish state

Makes filing easy and confidently. Like the check for accuracy and audit alerts. Some problem with spreading mortgage points; ended up entering the actual annual amount.
What's great about it: Takes you through at a level you can choose
What's not so great: Mortgage points function did not work smoothly

I have used tubo tax for several years. I like being able to keep my past tax years on file.
What's great about it: saves time
What's not so great: a little home is required if unless about certian areas.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbotax makes filing taxes enjoyable which is a very hard concept but its true.
What's great about it: it was very easy to file my taxes. No confusing questions and I was able to get a huge refund!
What's not so great: nothing negative to say

What's not so great: unclear that you must select to print forms from preview screen should have selection for submitable forms
