Took More Time This Year

Had issues this year with Form 1310. I don't believe your guidelines for this form agree with IRS Pub 559. Other than that I liked Turbotax this year and most likely will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Carry-over of information year to year; ease of entering information.
What's not so great: Support not as easy to use; access to IRS usually required me to reload in another version of PDF reader/printer

Fast

Using this program for a second year made the data entry much easier and the addition of the e-file program whooshed it out.
What's great about it: fast entry with prior years return by TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. It has always been accurate easy to use. I have always recieved the maxamun return each year.
What's great about it: The guided return was real easy to follow asked all the right questions

Simple to use and easy to file. Doesn't get any better than Turbo Tax.

I have used turbo tax for the past 4 years and it has always been accurate, with up to date tax information. It has a clear explanation to each area in income and deductions and prompts you to look at each area you may need to file. I have no complaints only praises!!
What's great about it: easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: nothing

No Retirement Woes

Worked out perfect after retiring mid 2012, collecting different annuities and working part time. All field were covered in good detail.

I have been using turbo tax for about ten years. It did save me time and money. the step by step is user friendly. however i would like to see and easier access to more state instructions to include reference to each line item and what is included in the line.
What's great about it: the program is still helpful with the step by step
What's not so great: trying to get information on the state income for specific line item instruction with further explaination what the line
