Taxes Made Easy

I've used turbo tax for several years and am satisfied with the ease and efficiency it provides.
What's great about it: Covers all possible deductions, offers one state return, can transfers previous year information
What's not so great: doesn't allow printing of summary & comparison pages

So Simple Even I Can Do It

Wow, if you can read, you can do your own tax returns and know that you are getting everything that you are entitled to.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Not confusing at all.
What's not so great: There are none that I can think of.

A different set of circumstances

This year was totally different than any other year to file for me. I went on Social Sercurity and had unemployment income; a completely new set of rules to follow. Turbo Tax walked me through the entire process and provided the knowledge to successfully complete my taxes and get a refund in the process.

Easy for young filers

I am a young student and have only filed my taxes twice. When I turned 18 the idea of filing taxes seemed difficult but that changed when my dad got me TurboTax. The instructions were very easy to follow for my first time filing and I was able to file in a short amount of time. I would recommend TurboTax to any young adult who is going to file their taxes for the first time. TurboTax makes the process very simple and worry free. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, simple, instructions
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The process is easy to follow but the cost of a second State is too expensive when the cost exceeds the tax paid.

What's not so great: 2nd State Software too expensive
