Great Tax Software!

I have used TurboTax for many years, but this year's version is super simple to use with easy to understand instructions and help focused just where it is needed. It makes filing both state and federal a breeze.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to understand instructions, help where needed.

Great way to file taxes

Turbo Tax is great software for doing your own Taxes. With just a little knowledge anyone can do it and not have to pay exhorbitant fees to tax preparers.
I've used Turbo Tax since it first came on the market.

2012 Not too bad

Overall the tax preparation went well. I had to file two state returns - one resident and one non-resident. The software put everything together for me.
I had to file the non-resident return by mail. That is the process for that state and not an issue with TurboTax.
What's great about it: W2's and 1099's were able to be uploaded electronically.
What's not so great: Using the Deluxe version and still having to pay for the state efile.

Solid advise

Overall a great choice for doing my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax since 1997.
What's great about it: well thought out software, alost every category easy to understand
What's not so great: Business are about depreation and deductions somewhat convulted
