Quick and Easy

Overall, a good tax return service. Quick and easy. Can be done in your pj's and can also take breaks during the process (if need be).
What's great about it: Gave information and explained what different things meant. Use at home is nice.
What's not so great: Some explanations were hard to understand.

Reliable Tax Preparation

Turbo tax is a reliable program and very easy to use. When doing taxes yourself you should expect to have to do most of your own research whether its advice or tax code, and Turbo Tax in no different. If you need additional assistance it comes at a price. There are no free lunches. If you need enhanced service this isn't the way to go.
What's great about it: Reliable an Easy to use
What's not so great: Costs for additional services, not much built in advice
