They fixed it

I like the way TT remembers my usual entries from year to year. It is always a juggle to find out how to correct the initial entries. After giving up solving their bug in form C I tried phone support. A biy of trial and error got the bad entry deleted and taxes filed. Happy camper now
What's great about it: Has all forms and explanations
What's not so great: It created an error and wouldn't let me correct it

Easy to use for the most part

As usual, the 2012 TurboTax program is easy to use and thorough. I usually use the easy interview interface just to make sure I don't miss anything.
Improvement could be made by offering a spreadsheet-like interface for the charitable deductions. As it is now, there is a lot of clicking for each contribution.
What's great about it: covers all the bases
What's not so great: charitable donations involve too many clicks

I like being able to return several times to get my taxes done . I don't have to complete it all at one sitting .
it is easy to follow the directions and you can choose the easy guide or on your own ...I like that .

I have used Turbo Tax for three years and have found the product to be constantly improving. I appears to get more efficient each year.
What's great about it: Quick easy to use system
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to move from one form without going through a complete section

i use to do my taxes myself for many years, since Turbo Tax has been around, I've been using the tool.
What's great about it: easy to use, great tool
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for 20 straight years - as long as I have been married. I have found the program easy to use and the directions easy to follow. My only wish is that they had a long term user program that would provide a discount on the purchase of the new program each year.

While it's not fair that a minister gets slam-dunked for being "self employed" (when they are not), and we get a nasty bill from the IRS, I find using Turbo Tax easy and quick - and that there are resources and experts to talk to is beneficial.
