But one of your representatives answered my questions about the error in Schedule C within 24 hours. I am very pleased with T Tax for over 5 years now.
What's great about it: T Tax step by step is very thorough in a difficult tax year. I had 4 state returns and all were handled well.
What's not so great: A schedule C showed up for a partnership my wife had the previous year.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax takes you step by step through the forms so that you don't miss entering any information. They take confusing forms and simplify them.

Investment Transactions

Being able to sort stock transactions by date is a gret improvement. However, after sorting, finding the transaction that you are looking for, making the change, the list goes back to the original order. In order to find another transaction, you need to sort the list again. Once sorted by date, the list should remain sorted by date and not go back to the original order.
What's great about it: Significant Improvement over last year
What's not so great: Close but not quite there - improvement incomplete

Turbotax is very easy to use, and I like the feature that you can always start up where you left off.

Sliding through the tax process

I have used TurboTax for several years. Importing last year's information and being able to electronically reach out for my current information makes this dreaded process endurable. I don't spend weeks like my Dad did working a pencil doing calculations and trying to interpret instructions.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, quick, informative

I used it to file my taxes and my sons. they were two very different types of income. I thought it was very easy to use and quick. I had no problems understanding the instructions.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: no issues
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Make sure you don't have another version of TT running when you try to load.
