Once you go Turbo Tax - You do go back!
Also! love that my cost basis info was completely transferred and done for me this year!
What's great about it: What's not to like. It's all good!
What's not so great: Would like to see easier to call or chat online interface with the tax pro's of Turbo Tax

easy tax prep

Turbo tax is easy and it allows you the time to find something that you might be missing. you can complete it at home so that if you have to look for that receipt you can go look for it and come back. If you use it year after year it is easy to retrieve the prior years information and plug it into the current return.
What's great about it: question and answer format is nice
What's not so great: sometimes difficult to go back and find something that you have passed

Great product to save you money. Let's you keep control of your taxes as opposed to just handing them over to someone else.
What's great about it: Easy to use and explains a lot
What's not so great: Taxes are just too confusing in general

Great as usual, still one error in program

I have verified with accountants and even Intuit people that the program does not allow for the additional "catch up" amounts, but the program still does not allow for the right numbers to be entered. so you have to go in an override the program. Do not like to do that, and don't think I should have to.
What's great about it: still very easy and intuitive approach
What's not so great: every year must adapt to error in way HSA deposits are calcuated.

the good bad and the ugly

Overall a very good program for 95% of situations. However it is difficult to get anwers to specific questions in non standard issues
