This years version was faster and and more user friendly. Easy to access, make entries and revisions.
What's great about it: Easy and strait forward to use.
What's not so great: Once completed did not like to go through entire process if one entry changed slightly

1st refund in 10 years. College credit!!!

Seemed more difficult than last year

Seems more difficult than last year The information explanations could be full screen and more informative. Like that I can call someone however sometimes the questions are hard to formulate to ask. Hate taxes over all wish there was a flat tax.
What's great about it: Quick less running around for forms
What's not so great: So much still to know hate taxes

Bank information

Bank routing and account info is a lot of digits to enter and prone to mis-keying. I was pleasantly surprised when TurboTax carried it all forward from 2011 to 2012 (Federal payment due, direct debit). Then I had similar situation with State, where I was due a refund, except this time TurboTax failed to carry my bank info forward from 2011; I had to key it all over again. Disappointing.
What's great about it: Owed Fed money 2 yrs in a row. 2nd year, TT carried my bank info forward.
What's not so great: Received State refund 2 yrs in a row. 2nd year, TT failed to carry my bank info forward.

Great product

I use to do my own taxes without any issues then I got married and my tax life became a little bit more complicated so I've gone with Turbo Tax for the past two years. I highly recommend this to anyone.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: small issue with having to reinstall
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Year with Turbotax

I have used TurboTax for many years. The result has always been satisfactory. This year was a little different and I needed some extra help from an expert. She did a great job and got me going in the right direction. Nest year will be even better than this year.

This is about my 15th year using Turbo Tax and I still prefer your product over others I have seen.
What's great about it: Complements for your through keys in the program
What's not so great: N0t sure what benefit the ? area was. I found it unhelpful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
