Turbo Tax has become so big it takes a long time to start up and run, but once it does, it 's clear and easy to follow, with lots of useful help along the way.
What's great about it: clear and easy to follow
What's not so great: slow to load, clunky

How to love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax only gets better as the years go by. I love the refund clock at the top. Wow, does that motivate me to find all my deductions! I remember the first time I used it and it was like a miracle after doing taxes by hand for years. The improvements over the years make it even more exciting and much easier to use. Do I like to do taxes? Yes, I do but Turbo Tax makes the process almost enjoyable, especially when I get a refund.
What's great about it: The beauty of Turbo Tax is that I can do my taxes on my laptop sittig in front of the fireplace with a cosy fire going!
What's not so great: I still have to gather the information to do the job.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Been using TT for 15 years.
What's not so great: Foriegn tax credits are not handled very well. I imported data but TT didn't calculate my tax credit.

I think it could be improved by having all information on one page that you need to address. Reduce scrolling on any page.
