Easy! Easy! Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It really takes the sting out of doing your taxes. You still have to gather the information, which is the time consuming part, but inputting is a breeze. This year I downloaded investment sale information directly from our broker and it saved a ton of time. It took a few seconds to download and our Schedule D was complete. I also love the fact that Turbo tax saves prior year data for comparison reports. The 5 year comparison is particularly helpful.
What's great about it: Investment sale download was a breeze. Saved a ton of time!
What's not so great: Would like to see more descriptions/help with specific topics

We have used TurboTax for years and it seems to get better every year. This year we especially liked the import feature that allowed us to import tax documents directly from the Brokerage Firms where we did business. This really sped up the filing process and resulted in no manual data entry errors.
What's great about it: Program Guides you through the maze of tax questions.
What's not so great: There really was nothing that I didn't like.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS AND CONSIDER IT THE BEST TAX PRODUCT. i WOULD LIKE TO SEE AN AUTOMATIC BREAKOUT TO INDIVIDUAL FILING FOR COMPARISON TO MARRIED FILING JOINTLY.

I have used your software for 15 years and find it very easy to use. I am a former CPA and find the review features very helpful. I feel confident that my return is accurate.
What's great about it: ease fo filling out forms
What's not so great: cost of additional state prohibitive. I need to file in 2 states and always download the state electronic pdf form.

If you file state and federal at separate times, it should make it easier to click on the unfiled return rather than going through returns from the beginning.
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step
What's not so great: Repetitious reviews once it has already checked the return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Hard to click and submit

this is second yr that clicking to file did not result in filing. Fortunately last yr I was able to print and take forms to IRS (US and SC) without penalty. This yr I am addressing issue before 4/15--albeit not very many days before 4/15. If I cannot submit it online today, I will print and mail the forms.
What's great about it: removed alot of anxiety
What's not so great: not sure about access to esoteric tax law info.
