Fast and Easy - Love It!

My life is so hectic. These days I am so thankful for any person, place or thing that can make life a little easier. TurboTax simplifies the complex job of taxes. I use to dread tax season but now I don't break a sweat thanks to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Very straight forward. Just follow the prompts.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax walks you right through the entire process and provides explanations in terms that anyone can understand. I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years and wouldn't use anything else!

Could not be easier to file

The step by step presentation of each section of taxable income then deductions is easy. There are a lot of sections which do not apply and while it is time consuming to read then 'continue', having reviewed even the most obscure sections reassures me that I was as thorough as I could be.

Good Experience

- It should be easier to go directly to the entry screen rather than having to step through from the beginning of the section.
- Charitable contribution list should be alphabetized.
- I can't copy text from screens, only from entry fields. It's helpful to copy text when discussing with spouse. PrtScr works, but is extra work.

I have used TT for more than five years. I believe it is accurate and the process gives me confidence that I am doing things correctly and legally.

2012 Taxes

Wouldn't do my taxes any other way. I have been a Turboxtax user for close to 20 years and am completely satisfied with the products
What's great about it: logical way to input data, straight forward
What's not so great: AMT doesn;t seem to automatically update and can lead to surprises

Excellent Program

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and even with some of the difficult things that need to be added to your return Turbo Tax guides you through the process with the questions it asks. I would recommend this to anyone!!!Great product!!!

Great product! So easy to use, and makes navigating the wonderful world of taxes a breeze. The help functionality is also very good, giving very good examples of appropriate and inappropriate deductions.
What's great about it: Very organized, easy to use
What's not so great: Could not handle Massachusetts Excise Tax
