Tax Software of the Decade

Great software. I have been using for over 10 years now.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier every year

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it gets easier every year.
What's not so great: Section on Roth IRAs asks "Do you own or contribute to a Roth IRA" We have'nt contributed to a Roth in several years

As I expected!

Overall, I believe Intuit's got it right, I have used TaxAct and H&R Block's software and websites in the past and to be honest, I like to keep copies of everything, and after the H&R Block fiasco they put me thru back in 2006 I will never use anything less than Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: it stream lines the whole process from start to end.
What's not so great: You must source needed info. from the feds website, it does not give it to you right on the spot.
Pros: I had a baby

TurboTax Makes Prep Easy

We have used TurboTax for several years because the instructions walk you through the return without any trouble.
We know from experience what we will need to document the return and keep each category folders. This makes it simple for us to work on the return. This year it only took one day's work. Other years we work on it one section at a time. Either way is fine.

What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: Don't know why it is necessary to print estimated tax forms twice.

Your product is good for us do-it-yourselfers. Especially like the transfer of data from last year's info and the checking of that info for accuracy.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guides; comprehensive in coverage
What's not so great: HSA section not clear
