It feels so good that I was able to file my taxes quickly and know that I did it right. Turbo Tax is awsome!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over 20 Years of Using Turbo Tax, First Hic Up

Called Customer service, (should be available 24 hours per day for the month before April 15th) after a 15 + minute wait, The nicest, extremely knowledgeable and very patient lady led me through the relatively simple fix to resolve my problem. If all of Turbo Tax's customer service staff are as competent and easy to deal with as Charlotte, they not only have a good product, they have a wonderful support staff. I expect to be using Turbo Tax for the next 20 plus years.
What's great about it: Always has been easy and straight forward to use.
What's not so great: First time ever, a software glitch.

I would recommend Turbotax to anyone. It takes you through step by step, and makes filing taxes seem like fun (at least if you have a refund).
What's great about it: Easy to use - taxes are a lot easier and faster to complete.
What's not so great: No cons that I can think of.

Turbo Tax made my federal and state tax filing a breeze
What's great about it: Questions are clear and easy to follow. Federal tax info transfered directly to the State tax - quick & easy!
What's not so great: Turbo Tax should be free
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Been With You for Quite A While

This is the 20th return I have filed using Turbo-Tax. Each year it gets better and easier, but this year now you require an internet just to work the return. I am a private person and do not care to bare my life in any electronic forum, however encrypted. Next year, drop the internet connection requirement except for the filing. You will make me a very happy camper.
What's great about it: Ease of interview, accurate calculation, warning trigger/safety
What's not so great: Now requires an internet connection!

Very easy

Overall I love this program. All the needed forms were there and amounts put in along with the calculations being done.
I was a bit confused over entering non cash charitable deductions using the "Easy method" and I resorted to the manual method. Next year I know I will have business deductions and I am not sure how that will be entered for self-employed portion but I think the help will be there on the program or on the user group website.
