Wish the internet was not a requirement to complete the form (had to get most updated version). Had to revisit turbotax and repeat steps to complete the form since internet was not intially available when I started.
What's great about it: Easy to use; takes you step by step
What's not so great: Have to have internet to receive federal and state form updates in order to complete

This is an easy and straight-forward program to use and I would recommend it for anyone. I have used it for years and my taxes are easier to do because of it.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, and thorough!
What's not so great: The extra charge to e-file state refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Finally a State Refund!

I always find the CA State more difficult than the Federal. It's great that it takes all my information from the Federal, but it's not as easy to review item by item. Also, the general list to review is confusing and sometimes I am not sure if they would apply to me or not. So it would be nice to just go through all items in a general manner as it is done in the Federal rather than having to choose items one by one. And I found that one piece of imported information was incorrect in regards to Paid Family Leave. It provided my total W-2 income as the amount for the Paid Family Leave.
What's great about it: Gets to the point of relevant questions
What's not so great: State tax was difficult to review and navigate

Awesome experience. Makes returns easy, especially state return. I like the autofile capability. No mailing necessary.
