Makes tax season bearable

I am an idiot when it comes to finances and math. This process is long, but you feel confident that you are truly getting back all you can without paying someone a good chunk of your return. I have used it for the past 7 years. Hate doing taxes -- love the refund!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, gives you a sense that you are doing just fine. great for all levels of users
What's not so great: have no complaints

It's my first time to file - I was a dependent and my parents took care of my forms, so this is my first year to file as a single. It was really easy with the software since it walked me thru qall the relevant sections. I would never have thought to file for an education credit since that would have been really complicated but it was so easy with TurboTax, and I am getting a huge refund - 5 months rent!
What's great about it: Really easy to use for a first timer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent choice for filing my tax returns! Fast!

I love this product always have. We used to use the product provided online through our credit union. They stopped a few years ago and we paper filed. This is the first year we purchased Turbo Tax for our own computer. It was excellent. Will never go back to paper if at all possible! Especially love the review checker and audit risk meter.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, and explains every step of the way.
What's not so great: none.

No Fuss Filing

If you're a do-it-yourselfer that's short on tax know-how, TurboTax is the software for you. No matter if you're doing a simple return with only W-2 income or own a business, TurboTax offers a variety of packages to cover the gambit of employment situations.
From family info and wages to deductions and credits, each section is easy to navigate and offers a step-by-step walkthrough or the option to explore on your own if you need to skip around. But don't worry about missing anything! The built-in error checking makes sure your electronic t's are crossed and i's are dotted, not to mention deduction maximizers that ensure you receive the highest refund or credit possible.
Thank you, TurboTax, for making the filing process simple and hassle-free. Outside of getting all of my tax documents neatly organized, that is. If you come up with a way to do that, call me.
What's great about it: Straight forward walkthroughs of all the common tax scenarios (plus a slew of not-so-common).
What's not so great: Download times on each start up can take a while as new software updates come in.
