worked for my daughter

i have used TT years ago before my returns got so complicated i could not figure out how to make TT work for me. now my children are old enough to have worked summer jobs and i am able to use TT to do their simple tax returns.
What's great about it: it allowed me to skip alot of the questions of the returns that were not necessary
What's not so great: some of the forms that needed to be filled out had questions that were not well explained

Comfort and ease with turbo tax

I love turbo tax its always been good to me and my family. Its the only tax program I trust.
What's great about it: I find it guides me with ease and explains different aspect of the tax forms.
What's not so great: Sometime even the best tax program cant help, you need a person.

Easy to use

all in all turbo tax is pretty good. Been using this form for
the last 7 years. Not too many problems for me. If I have one I call a tax consultant .

What's great about it: calculations put into correct forms
What's not so great: confused about where to put cancelled debt for student loans

Gets easier each subsequent year!

Great software. Ease up on the fees for filing state taxes. Allow state taxes to be filed electronically.
What's great about it: Easy navigation through software
What's not so great: More money required to file state taxes. Filing by snail mail.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Ready for my Refund!

I have used Turbotax for many years, and I appreciate how quickly I can complete my tax returns. The program is easy to understand, and I am able to easily obtain most answers to my questions.
What's great about it: Easy Guide takes you through every possible deduction quickly and easily.
What's not so great: Not able to tell whether to file my nonresident tax return when had a negative income and 0 tax due.
