Recommended process

tried recommended process and it kept trying to take my retirement money to an annuity. I tried different ways to get by it but it went same the annuity way. I finally went the not recommended way guessed my way though it. There were many areas it did this, very confusing. I've done Turbo Tax since they started and this was the worst ever. Might have to look at the others?

What's great about it: Very Easy to use / make changes
What's not so great: The tax code is too complex which requires time & energy

Super easy to file!

Love Turbo Tax! I've been using it for 5 years now and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way! It is easy, efficient and yes the geek in me thinks it makes it a little fun!
What's great about it: Easyguide is awesome!
What's not so great: Some areas need more description of where to find the info
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Almost missed something

I really love Turbo tax. Alerts to numbers that don't add up should pop up immediately. I spent an hour trying to go back through and figure out what happened when I'd forgotten a decimal point. it would be nice if a discrepancy like that triggered the system to stop and make you check your input then and there.
What's great about it: This is easy, the lingo is great, nothing too lofty for an unexperienced person to grasp.
What's not so great: I wish if you make a huge error (like forgetting a decimal point) that it would red flag it immediately. Not at the end
