I've used Turbo Tax for years and this year was the fastest and simplest. Loved it.
What's great about it: Guided Tax Option
What's not so great: I expected an error on a couple of entries, but they didn't hit. However, by time ready to file a final review done.

Procrastination over

I think it's fairly simple to use, just follow along with the prompts and answer the questions. I find it's a little more difficult now with the paper-free trend, since you need to remember where to go to get all the info. I may opt out of that for tax forms. I don't like how it pops you back to the top every time you finish a section, forcing you to scroll alllll the way back down to where you need to be. I did not understand why some deductions didn't apply, but it didn't seem to affect me too much. If I really want to look into it, I can do that later, using the help features. I've used TT for a few years now and plan to continue.
What's great about it: Cost effective, convenient
What's not so great: It was easier before "paper-free" trend

TurboTax fits my busy life

Turbo Tax is so user friendly. I can complete my tax return in one sitting or if I'm short those couple of hours I can easily exit the process, and re-enter exactly where I left off, at a later time. I can let the program walk me through step by step or go directly to the categories I know apply to me. Turbo Tax does the work, while still giving me the freedom to move around within the program.
What's great about it: Put it down and pick it up where you left off.

Simply the best!

It's always been easy for me to use, even as my circumstances have changed. Even the one year only items like Jury Duty Income and 401K Roll Overs were gone over step by step so that anyone can understand easily and were totally stress free. I like that it imports my prior year information so that I can save the time of entering a lot of data needlessly. Although it has gotten better, it is annoying that even after they acknowledge I do not need to file a state return, they still ask me if I want to do so. They used to call and mail me brochures trying to get me to buy state software, so just asking is a big step in the right direction. Overall, I love this program!
What's great about it: Easy for anyone to use.
What's not so great: Still tries to get me to file a state return when my state does not have an income tax.

Excellent product, but searching for previous year returns not very good - typical Windows limitations
What's great about it: Quick, easy to use
What's not so great: hard to work with when you have had to reimage a disk from the prior year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Would be useful in planning for next year if factors impacting things like AMT could be shown clearly - possibly a function that shows, using the return from this year, how changes in various areas could impact next year's taxes---increases in withholding, change in withholding status, charitable contributions, etc...with an indicator next to each category as to how to adjust them for the desired result...
What's great about it: easy to use...snapshot of what your refund is
What's not so great: Alternative Minimum Tax
