They need to improve the help section. I had to search several places to get my answers.
What's great about it: I like that it imports my info from previous years

Easy to use

the program was very helpful and complete. I did not like all of the adds for services that I didn't want. Otherwise it was great and pretty easy to use.
What's great about it: Complete, covered everything I needed
What's not so great: Too many adds for things I didn't want

Another tax year survivied

I reallly appreciate the on screen support and step by step help to deductions. This coupled with automatically updating last years info as well as W2s is great. I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and will continue to use in future. I don't understand how I could have paid someone hundreds to do so little work for me.
What's great about it: Allows as long as you want to look for additional deductions. you can rerun numbers several times to pick best refund.
What's not so great: Still taxes even if easy to navigate.

Super Simple

I have very few income sources and deductions so my taxes are fairly simple to begin with, but I can see that the wizards are meant to simplify including any of these in your returns.
I really appreciate that TurboTax can import your information from a variety of sources, but acknowledge that anyone with something like a credit union rather than a Big Bank account, or that someone working from home vs a large corporation using ADP, might have a little more manual labor to do.
What's great about it: Child-proof wizards
What's not so great: might be difficult with nonstandard filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
