Excelent product!

There is no reason to pay a "tax expert" to enter the data as you would using turbo tax. I also have the freedom of doing it at my own pace, thinking about each entry I make. I can return and make changes as many times as I want before I electronically send it.

TurboTax is the winner everytime

I like how you could open up the related forms as you entered in data. Was very helpful to understanding what was calculated.
What's great about it: Taxes were once again a breeze this year
What's not so great: Was confused on where to go back on forms, but found it in Show Topic List

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it keeps getting better. 2012 was the best yet!
What's great about it: fast, easy to follow, great review for errors and omissions
What's not so great: somewhat complicated in the past-Not this year!

Turbo Tax makes it easy to go quickly step by step to make sure you get everything you need. I love the hyperlinks at every screen that help explain and describe the information they are looking for.
What's great about it: Detailed, simple, easy steps

I have been using Turbotax for 7 years and it gets better and easier every year. It has really made taxes a pleasure to do. You can stop and resume with ease and not worry about losing any information. I have sold many family members and friends on the product. They are all very satisfied as well.
What's great about it: Step by step navigation
What's not so great: 2.9% convenience fee if paying by credit card- should be flat fee

It just keeps getting better!

I've been using TT for years and it just keeps getting better. It's reasonably priced and ever so easy to use. I love the way it keeps records from year to year and I have confidence that I have a max refund.
What's great about it: TT is so easy to use. This year I taight my wife and daughter how to use it. Daughter filed he taxes without a problem
What's not so great: None noted!

Helped with Deductions

I've used Turbo Tax for many years to prepare our tax returns. This year got complicated when I switched our filing status from "Joint" to "Married Filing Separately". Needless to say the IRS tax code is a little eye-crossing when trying to determine what things can and can't be deducted. Turbo Tax helped simplify it with their software. While I am still a little confused on some of the information required for the community property state of Texas, I definitely feel like the tax program helped me through a very confusing set of returns.
What's great about it: pop-up help windows with links, thorough, user-friendly
What's not so great: no phone number for "one-on-one" assistance as advertised on box
