Solved my problems pleasantly

My e-filing did not go through and the software led me to believe everything was okay. After 4 days with no response, I called Support.
She walked me through the process, did some extra digging and located the problem. The call ended with a confirmation of her success. She clearly understood the process and was very cool at working me through the troubeshooting. A great employee!!!
What's great about it: Temeka was very patient and pleasant!
What's not so great: Software has some confusing issues and options.

Best way to do your taxes

I have used Turbo-tax for years ow and it only gets easier each time. Being able to check last years side by side lets me track any changes I need to make.
What's great about it: Covered things I would have missed
What's not so great: Ask for information that has not relivence

I love how quick it is to complete my taxes with Turbo Tax. Pretty much everything is explained clearly. For anything I don't understand, Turbo Tax makes it easy to find the answers. I will keep using TT for many years!
What's great about it: So quick and easy
What's not so great: updates are slow
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Review

I've used to do my taxes myself on the paper forms. When Turbo Tax came out I did the taxes on both paper and Turbo Tax for the first few years til I was comfortable with Turbo Taxes accuracy. I found the software to be easy to use, saves me time, is accurate, etc. I tried other software too. Turbo Tax is the best.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Saves time, Accurate
What's not so great: Some speciific forms are hard to find after completion

TurboTax is a great product for me . My returns are pretty simple and straight forward, which makes it a breeze to complete and file my returns.

I liked this program. It is easy to understand and easy to use. It takes you step by step in completing the tax return. I've used Turbotax for the last 9 years. I recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and ease of navigation
What's not so great: did not find any.
