Not as Bad as I Thought.

My memories of taxes in the past continue to affect my desire to get started every year. With TT, it is almost a pleasure. I am once again reminded it is actually something I should look forward to. It is good mental exercise and allows us to review what happened the past year. A refund would be nice but even sending a payment is not so bad if it is something we can't avoid. Better to pay up than lose sleep. With that said, I suspect it will be another April ritual next year.
What's great about it: Intuitive. Foolproof.
What's not so great: Dumbed-down, takes longer than neccessary for majority.

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now....2003+- I think and it has never let me down or ceased to impress!!!
What's great about it: Easy~
What's not so great: It can't read my mind of complete my return with out me???

Easy pleasy

TurboTax gets easier to use every year. Was able to work on my taxes despite missing a couple documents and still get a ballpark idea of my refund. Once the missing documents were resolved, I was able to update or verify the information in TurboTax, do another review and error check, and viola! I'm done. Didn't take long to complete this. Made use of Its Dedictible during 2012 to simplify donations - great fit to import with!

I love Turbo Tax. I need it to be quick, easy, and I need it to ask the questions I don't know to ask. It works for me on all these levels. I have been a customer for 5 years, and will be back next year.
What's great about it: easy step-by-step instructions, thorough
What's not so great: I didn't find any...

Overall good program, however the cost of the software is a little too much.
What's great about it: Good shot of income and deductions
What's not so great: error checking not good enough. Not easy to go fix errors
