TurboTax smoked my returns

With my hectic lifestyle of two fire department jobs while still volunteering at another fire department in my free time TurboTax lets me come and go finishing my returns while I'm still answering the call.
What's great about it: Extreme ease filling in boxes with the large amount of tax documents
What's not so great: None

User friendly to the extreme

I have been a Turbo user for many years. Each year it has become frinedlier and friendlier. This year was so easy - it was way ahead of me and my concerns. Any question I may have had - it had a "one click" button to answer. Excellent product for a task we all hate "paying taxes" - made easy and works for you. Every year it grows with you and becomes easier as it carries forward your info.
What's great about it: it thinks two steps ahead of you
What's not so great: this year has had some nice improvements and anticipated my concerns - no cons

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Each year it seems to be easier, with the updates you all do, and all the carryovers from prior years is very helpful.
What's great about it: Navigation is easy and imports are great.
What's not so great: None

We liked how easy Turbo Tax made it for us to go through each item, helping us make sure we fill out accurate information. We are impressed with the amount of detail that Turbo Tax takes you through to make sure you claim every qualified deduction you are entitled to. Because of that exhaustive section on deductions, the refund we will receive will allow us to go ahead with a much-needed bathroom remodel. Yey! Thank you, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Makes filling in information so simple it's like having your own tax accountant ride next to you.
What's not so great: Because it seemed almost "automated", it is very to miss items that are supposed to be unchecked or checked.

Great tools

The software is great, and it is nice that it comes in Mac format while other programs do not. It still requires a lot of figuring and adding up of stuff, I wish it could add up stuff for you like you could enter utilities one by one and it would add them up. I would like to be able to enter total phone bills, for example, and have the right percentage done by the program itself for business.
What's great about it: Easy, allows you to move around easily between sections
What's not so great: Still some questions left me wondering

TURBO TAX REVIEW

As I said, I love working with turbo tax. In fact, I offer my friends to do their taxes as I find working on taxes using turbo tax very relaxing. I will recommend all my family and friends to use turbo tax software.
What's great about it: I love doing my taxes using turbo tax as turbo tac is easy to use and does all my calculations.
