Turbo TaX gets better every year. Thanks for developing a software product the average citizen can use with confidence.
What's great about it: Using Turbo Tax feels safe

Too easy~!

Been using TurboTax for the past 5+ years. I love how it carries over information and does most of the leg work for you. Double checking things is still essential, but the program seems to grow with us. We'll definitely be using it for years to come! No doubt.
What's great about it: Quick and thorough!

At first I was worried. Our tax man for 8 years had past. We were looking for a new agent. So we got a tax friend of the family. It didnt turn out the way we expected. So my father in law mentioned turbo tax, we have heard of it before so we said "sure well try it out." Man we were amazed! The attention to detail, the step by step walkthrough, and my favorite "the maximize your tax refund" option is lovely. I like how TurboTax Deluxe gives you the option of which tax break you prefer... TurboTax never let me down 10/10.
What's great about it: Getting a Return with Attention to Detail
What's not so great: Ha! What cons?

What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through everything
What's not so great: Doesn't magically elminate any taxes that I have to pay! ha ha

Lost a whole return after completed

Imported 2011 data for my daughter completed her Fed return and two states. Did not e-file yet. Imported my own return and after working on it then saving it realize it was using same title as my daughters. Lost all her data and had to re-do her whole return. Very disappointing. I have been using Turbotax for as long as I can remember and never had this problem with previous versions.
What's great about it: Good format as usual with one exception
What's not so great: Lost daughters return after completing Fed and 2 states!
Pros: I bought or sold investments
