Finally Done with 2012 Taxes!

overall, I like Turbo Tax a lot and purchase the latest copy every year to do my taxes. My husband and I have a farm and Turbo tax helps with all the extra taxes due to farming. Thanks for making it easy.
What's great about it: how easy to follow
What's not so great: paying for Kansas e-file

Makes the hard easier

I'd hate to do anything but the most uncomplicated return without TurboTax.
What's great about it: Got through a difficult return with relative ease. Made me enter data I might have forgotten.
What's not so great: If you try to do your taxes in several shorter sessions, their "hand-holding" can make it a little daunting.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is an excellent help but it needs to clarify some of the questions that is asked; like qualified/nonqualified pensions.. Plus e-file had too many questionable things to accept. Otherwise I still love Turbo after using it for more than 15 years.
What's great about it: Examined every piec of data
What's not so great: E-FILE WAS COMPLICATED

So easy. They take you through every thing step by step. I use to dread doing my taxes and know I get it done in no time. A life saver!

A Sure Winner

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and have been pleased with each year. It is simple and easy as long as you follow each step and have the necessary information readily available to enter onto your forms.
I recommend Turbo Tax for anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: I liked the ease of guiding me through all the many and complicated parts of the income tax process.
What's not so great: Some of the areas are confusing to the average person but are probably clearer on more comprehensive editions.

Fast Tax Filer

Thought this program was easy to install and use. I filed for my family. I think it's wonderful how you can e-file and get notification as to if the tax returns was accepted and when refund was deposited.
What's great about it: Easy to understand

TT2012 Deluxe

A fairly complex return this time and there were a lot of unusual items this time that i normally dont have. A little patience and online help worked our way through the issues. All in all been using TT for the last 10 years. I must like it I keep buying it.
What's great about it: Moves fairly quickly. A lot of help
What's not so great: School loans and 401K info a bit confusing.
