I would recommend TurboTax to anyone. The guidance given ensured I had the correct documentation, and the review section gave me confidence that I didn't make any mistakes. I was able to take more tax credits than I thought I could resulting in a lower tax bill. Thank you for a great program!
What's great about it: I liked the step by step process ensuring nothing was missed.

First Time and It was soooo Easy

This was the first time I ever did my taxes and I appreciate how easy it was to follow. If I had know it was this easy I would have done this a long time ago.
What's great about it: Easy of use with any tax knowledge
What's not so great: Cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesome Results!

i use Turbo Tax every year. I can always rely on the simplified, easy to understand directions. They take the guesswork out of tax filing. And the math is always correct! No more worrying! Since I moved midyear, Turbo Tax made it simple to file my old state's return, without having to hunt for forms. I will be back to file my 2013 next year, for sure!
What's great about it: simple, step by step, no guess work needed.
What's not so great: none

Great product

Great product. Really saves me time and effort. Print section changed from the past- couldn't figure out how to print returns until I figured out to use print function in the preview window. Previously you just pressed print button on main pages. Foreign taxes still a mystery with all the gobbledygook. I just guess and hope I'm doing it right. Luckily it's a very small amount. Keep up the good work. I'm planning to buy again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great guidance as you go, importing brokerage info saves time
What's not so great: Foriegn taxes section hard to follow sometimes, new print section confusing

No Sweat

I had my returns for the past 10 years completed by a CPA, he passed away this past year from a heart attack so I believed my taxes were straight forward that I did not need a CPA. This was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to any one.

Simplicity at it's Best

As a customer for over 10 years, I find Turbo tax to be an efficient way for me to complete my tax return. It allows me to enter information in a LOGICAL SEQUENCE and easy access to the forms to see my results.The review process and audit is a positive addition to make sure my input is correct and the IRS and State can accept the return and processing the returns electronically allows me to receive any refunds in a shorter time frame. I now have my son using turbo tax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step process with immediate access to all forms used in return.

Always love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo tax for years. I use the forms section, but can always flip over to interview in a pinch. As tax laws change, I can keep up with new requirements via the help section. It is a reliable tool to get the job done. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Can use interview or forms
What's not so great: Hitting back button takes you all the way out of screen
