Fast and Reliable

Lesson learned

The last time I paid a tax professional to prepare my return was !992. After giving him my W-2's and other documents, he asked a series of questions, mostly address, dependents, etc. As he was inputing this info directly into his computer, I noticed this "Turbo Tax" logo on the computer screen. Lesson learned. The next year, I bought Turbo Tax and completed my return myself. I have used Turbo Tax every year since with complete satisfaction. By the way, we have lived in five different states during that time and have had no problem with the state returns.
What's great about it: So easy to use.
What's not so great: None

Made filing easy!

I've used TurboTax for about 5 years and have had no problems filing or obtaining refunds in a timely manner.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions
What's not so great: None I can thnk of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am an accountant and even I find it tough to fill out a return without the assistance of Turbotax. Turbotax was easy to used and walked you through every step. It was quick and painless

Easy to use software!

I was considering trying to use something different like H&R Block's tax software, but decided to stick with TurboTax. Glad I did. Very easy and straightforward.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Even getting help via phone conversation was easy and helpful.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Totally Turboed!

This years version of TurboTax was the best so far. I liked that I didn't have to go through EVERY itemized area, if I already knew I didn't qualify, such as dependent deductions, daycare, homeownership, and so forth. It seemed to be easier than ever this year and I appreciate that. I really like using TurboTax. Thanks.

DOING TAXES IS NEVER FUN, BUT TURBO TAX MAKES IT EASIER. WE'VE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS NOW. EACH YEAR IT GETS A BIT EASIER.
What's great about it: HELPS FIND THE ERRORS
What's not so great: CAN BE A BIT TEDIOUS
