Got more of a refund than expected

I've used Turbo Tax since 2008 and keep coming back. I feel that the program asks me very straight forward, easy to understand questions. Better that having to make an appointment, pay a huge fee and then get asked the same exact questions! I can use this when I'm ready. It's great.
What's great about it: checked for maximum deductions
What's not so great: found the Personal Property Tax not as straight forward as everything else

To my chagrin

I love TurboTax and have been using it for years. This year I used it to do the taxes for my household and my nephew - which came to 6. Imagine how surprised I was to find out I could not efile MINES which was the last one. I have 5 tax filing individuals in my household AND I am NOT running a business. Agreed to help my nephew and now I am one short. Is this an IRS rule or a TurboTax money making rule? To the mail box I go tomorrow.
What's great about it: love to use it
What's not so great: surprised by the limit of eFiles

I've used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. Obviously, I like it. However, this year I got frustrated when I was trying to find forms to look at that were not part of my return. It was a very difficult process. In fact, I don't know how I got to them- I think accidently! It was also hard to find out if information could be used or not.
If you don't know what you are doing, the step by step approach is easy, but if you want to bounce around and look at things, this isn't the program for you.
What's great about it: accurate calculations. I don't have to learn the tax law changes, Turbo Tax does it for me.
What's not so great: Hard to find individual forms to look at them. It takes too long to find the correct spot to put in or change info

First time user and I found it described where and what to do very well!
I input "0"s in lines of no info and found it made me correct or remove them or they showed up as errors later. Warn me up front and save me some time correcting.

What's great about it: Found things to deduct I didnt know existed, made it easy to imput. Good correction method.

You "Showed Me The Money!!!"

So easy to use, takes you through step by step. Reminds me of deductions I even forgot I could take. Watching the refund tracker go up with each entry feels so rewarding for the short time it takes to complete my taxes. I've used Turbo Tax for several years and plan on using it again next year. A+ service

Second year easier than the first.

This was our second year using TurboTax. All our information from last year was automatically imported, which was very nice. The ability to import W-2s and other documents is my favorite feature. Between that and the easy step-by-step instructions, filing taxes was almost palatable.
What's great about it: Easy importing of files
What's not so great: Had to reenter information after backing up to check something.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
