I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has gotten easier each year. Would not think of using any other program.
What's great about it: Covers all of the topics in a easy to read manner.
What's not so great: A little complicated to go back and make changes.

Excellent software solution. The user interface is logical and complete. I found myself really trusting the application and the decisions it was helping me make.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Got me money back!
What's not so great: The PDF generaton messed up initially, but then fixed its self on the final print.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

OVERALL A GREAT SOFTWARE THAT WAS EASY AND COMPLETE TO USE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL LEVEL OF TAX FILERS.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, ACCURATE AND SIMPLE
What's not so great: STATE PREPARATION FEE EXPENSIVE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. I am not always confident, based on the language of the questions, that TT has been doing what I am relying on it to do. A statement that says something to the effect that consistent TTusers for several years should be able to rely upon the historical figure as having been based on the initial data entered when I started first using the product.
What's great about it: ease and transfer of historical data
What's not so great: not always confident that I'm getting the full understanding of what I'm answering

I'd somehow lost last year's return files on my computer, but even so, filing only took me a couple of hours!
What's great about it: Really takes the guesswork out of filing!

Another successful return

We have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year we didn't have access to our information on file since we have a new computer. It wasn't difficult re-entering it so we are now set for years in the future. Still waiting for the year when we don't have to file anymore. We trust Turbo Tax we have a message for us if that is the case. One of us receives Social Security but the other decided to wait a few years before receiving benefits but still has income from an at home business. We'll have to see if next year we won't have to file. Wouldn't that be a nice change. Yes, your product will be recommended to friends and family. A few have already done so in years past and have continued to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Can't think of one

If you don't have a multitude of different entries then Turbo Tax makes taxes easy.
What's great about it: The ease of Turbo, while it does not make taxes fun, it does make it easy.
What's not so great: Sometimes the questions get to be long.

Great Tax Software

Great program that I have used for the last 5 years.
What's great about it: Easy menu's that lays everything out very systematically.
What's not so great: Really need help/explanations for all menues and options. It's always the one that has no help I struggle to identify.
