Great Solfware

I have been using turbo tax for years. I like how easy it is to use. I like how it transfers my personal data every year and remembers special items. Easy to change to forms and back. I wouldn't use any other software.
What's great about it: Everything

Easiest return ever

In the past, I have used less expensive software, but it was awkward to juggle multiple returns. Some software make it difficult to efile one return, but print another. TurboTax handled everything I needed it to do - the first time - simply and quickly. I managed returns for multiple family members, efiling some of them and printing others. I just wish the price (Deluxe edition download) included at least one state efile.
What's great about it: Easy to use, especially for multiple returns
What's not so great: A little pricey

Better than I thought!

Couldn't have done it without Turbo Tax. As my return gets more complicated I needed additional help and Turbo Tax offered that.
What's great about it: Left no questions unasked...
What's not so great: Certain fields required checking off again and again every time you looked at the section.

I really depend on this product. It saves countless hours and each year it gets better. I generally like the wizard format and rarely need to review the forms directly. I wish the home business deduction section was better organized, but other than that, TT is a near perfect product.
What's great about it: Great Wizard format
What's not so great: Small Business Deduction overview is complex

Easy for First Timers

As first timers, this was the way to go. It was relatively fast, very easy to follow and didn't leave you feeling like you wanted to rip your hair out. If you have all your documentation such as W-2's, mileage, bank interest etc at your figertips, it is as simple as 1, 2, 3. We woudl highly recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: Laymen questions, didn't have to be tax savvy
What's not so great: charge for State E-file, additional processing fee if we had deducted from our refund

User Friendly

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and every year they improve more and more. This year I was able to import all of my W-2s and investment information. The more it can automatically import the less chances for me to make a mistake. I love this software!!!!
What's great about it: It is so easy to use I tought my father to use it this year.
What's not so great: Wish it ate my lunch for me too.
