Turbo Tax: It's worth it!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and find it just gets easier and easier to use.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate
What's not so great: Truly aren't any

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years and it makes doing your taxes quick, easy and inexpensive. Saves spending lots of money having forms filled out only to find out you don't need them

DIFFICULT TAXES MADE SIMPLE

TurboTax saved us! With 4 W2 forms from two different states and a newlywed couple, we knew that the days of filing a simple tax return was over. We contemplated hiring a professional because we just didn't believe we could navigate TurboTax with all of the confusing changes. My dad has always used TurboTax as a self employed contractor and recommended we at least try it. We were amazed at how easy and thorough everything was, we felt confident that we had filed correctly and accurately. And best of all, we got a great refund! Way more money than we had anticipated. Hello, new grill for our new back deck. Thanks, TurboTax!
What's great about it: Loved the step by step walk through
What's not so great: Knowing whether we qualified for some deductions was a little confusing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes Tax Time Bearable

I have been a Turbo Tax user for the past 12 years, and with each new year's software revisions, it has become easier and quicker to accomplish the daunting task of annual tax reporting. Prior to Quicken, Turbo Tax and ItsDeductible, I found myself buried in paper receipts, hand-prepared spreadsheets and IRS instruction booklets. Hours, days and weeks were spent working toward the dreaded date of April 15th. Thank you for making this part of my life a lot easier!
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions; fills in repetitive data; inserts data from prior years; has explanations for everything!

Turbo Tax is very thorough and easily understood. It seems that each year the instructions become more clearly under-stood and easy to comply. Have been using TurboTax since it began and will continue to use it and certainly recommend it to others.

I've been using this for 3 years now. I love that it knows what you've done in the past years and uses that information to compare to the next year's return. Such a easy way to to your taxes.
What's great about it: Great explanations, Great detail, Easy to use
