2012 TurboTax Deluxe Is Awesome!

Love Turbo Tax! So easy to use. The only thing that would make it better would be changing the way you 'Continue' from each step. Having to scroll to the bottom each time you finish a section to click the 'Continue' button gets a little tedious. That is my only "complaint" with this product. I love using it and it makes filing my taxes so much easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Price is excellent!
What's not so great: Navigation can be a little tedious.

Keeps me sane!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it a relief from my previous experience with accountants who would not explain anything but were quick to charge by the minute if you had questions.
I highly recommend this product for peace of mind and sanity around tax time.
What's great about it: An orderly easy way to do income taxes
What's not so great: None.

Turbo Tax Never Lets You Down!

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and have never been disappointed with the software. I recently purchased a new computer and didn't have last year's taxes on the new computer. I wasn't looking forward to not being able to transfer my data from the previous year but even with having to re-enter my personal data the whole process went very quickly and smoothly.

What's great about it: Detailed, Easy to Use, Reasonably Priced. Help screens answer questions quickly that can take hours on hold with IRS!
What's not so great: Can't think of anything!

Compared to other tax preparation software I have used, Turbotax is by far easier to use and makes sure you have explanations if an item is hard to understand.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and easy to use!

What's not so great: if you add a category, but no information, it will give you errors that you can't get past

I would recommend to anyone who has a basic knowledge of the IRS requirements. If you are organized, keep good records, and have a few hours to do your returns, you can save yourself money and grief by doing your own returns with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Guide walks you through every aspect of state and federal filing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
