Quick and easy

I am greatful I don't have to read tax law and try to figure out the return on my own. I followed the format and answer the questions and it's done. Yeh!
What's great about it: Return took less time this year than 2011 and 1/10th the time over manual
What's not so great: Not sure why I got some deductions but trusting Turbotax

Doing Taxes the Easy Way

The detail takes a long time to go through but it brings a confidence that you have covered all aspects of the return.
What's great about it: Very good detailed questions on all aspects of the Forms
What's not so great: Wanted more shortcuts for simple deductions, etc.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy yet so Good

I have been using turbo Tax for over 10 years now and have had nothing but great success in fileing my taxes. This included a time when we were running a home daycare center out of our home. It was so easy to understand and file.
What's great about it: Easiest way to complete my Taxes

WE HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS NOW. IT MAKES DOING TAXES FUN,,,,WELL AT LEAST NOT SO BAD! I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT TURBO TAX......WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THEIR TAXES????? FROM COMPLICATED TO SIMPLE RETURNS....IT IS THE WAY TO GO!
What's great about it: WALKS YOU THRU EVERYTHING....NO MATH!
What's not so great: THE CLICKER COUNTING DOWN AT THE TOP MAKES ME A BIT NERVOUS!

Great software

Turbo Tax is great. I've been using it for years. The ease of the software assists with any situation you can imagine. The explain this feature assists with the areas that you may not have knowledge of to determine if they apply to you or not.
One feature that I really like is the previous year import feature but would like to see a walk through version based off of this information for those of us whose situation generally doesn't change. It can be tiresome walking through all of the sections .
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow, convenience of electronic filing,
What's not so great: Can be time consuming if using the walk through mode

Always Easy

I've been using TurboTax for years. It's always easy to complete my return and make changes to find the best options for filing.
What's great about it: TurboTax is easy to navigate, update and file.
What's not so great: Redundant screens/question when making changes.
