Hawaii state returns

Even though I didn't have a business it kept insisting I needed to enter a tax ID. And no help by going to support site.
Also, found it much more difficult to print vs. previous years.
What's great about it: compare previous returns
What's not so great: Bug in Hawaii state return, difficult to print

I would recommend this product to anyone with a complex or semi-complex tax return.
What's great about it: Ask questions in all areas.
What's not so great: Sometimes needs more information on where and how to correct errors

My 5th year using Turbo tax and it just keeps getting easier because of improvements and it remember all my key info from the year before.
What's great about it: the free E-filing and direct deposit of refunds
What's not so great: nothing

Easy and comprehensive

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now, and it really does a great job of making doing your taxes as painless as possible. I have no real complaints, but the automatic entry for W2's did not work for any of mine, which would have been nice, but everything else worked fine.
What's great about it: Easy to process, like the way it walks you through.
What's not so great: Would have been nice if the automatic W2 entry worked.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I don't have a lot of deductions so when doing it, it would be great to be able to hit "done" before completing the 10 different types, instead of having to go through all of them.
What's great about it: love importing last years info
What's not so great: deductions, have to go through all, cant press done when completed the one i used

I don't know what they did but this year it seemed to be so much easier to understand. No hiccups along the way. Fast deduction section and now refund is on the way.
