Easy to use

i think it would be helpful to just include the audit guard in the purchase, saves one more step.

Good but tricky

Asks too many questions about very obscure situations like farming, oil fracing, fishing etc. Would be nice if you could say in the beginning what you have NO involvement in to avoid the hundreds of mundane questions.
Also, I was very interested in the TurboTax Advantage program but after scouring the Intuit site AND doing a few Google searches, I still couldn't come across how much it cost! Gating the cost of a product until you sign up to buy it is pretty idiotic in my opinion.
At the end of the day, I couldn't do my taxes without TT & I LOVE IT! Just a few small annoyances I have with it. Overall, a great product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough
What's not so great: Hidden pricing, too repetitive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Got this down to a Science!

If I have questions, I still find it hard to go to a form and determine where in the interview process something was captured. It was easier to have icons in the upper right hand part of the screen to click on for forms vs. the interview process, so that is a nice improvement.
I found it odd that I saved my return and when I went back in, it seemed to be at the beginning of the interview process vs. the last screen I was on. I saw that my numbers at the top were still there, but had to remember where I was at, in the process, to get there again.
I found the descriptions of what things mean, to be very helpful when I had to determine if I needed to enter information in sections I hadn't entered before.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax and am a big fan of how well it works to do my taxes!
What's great about it: I've used Turbo Tax for 15 years and can count on it being easy to use and consistent from year to year.
What's not so great: It would be nice to be able to click on an amount on a form and go to the interview spot to determine how it was calc'd.

Quick and Painless

The software is easy to install and easy to use. I was very pleased with the outcome, and will certainly use it again.
What's great about it: Clear and very helpful blue hyperlinks with helpful, yet succinct answers.
What's not so great: Not always sure how to handle to "forms" section of TurboTax, but figured it out eventually.

COMPARED TO A LOCAL TAX COURSE I TOOK WITH A POPULAR TAX COMPANY, TURBO TAX HAS A NICE DATA ENTRY FLOW AND EXPLANATION AT CRITICAL POINTS. EASE TO USE, COST EFFECTIVE, ON THE SPOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ONLINE SITE INFORMATION. FILING OPTIONS TO MEET EVERYONE'S NEED.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, DECENT PRICE, GREAT TOPIC INFO
What's not so great: WOULD PREFER REVIEW WINDOW AS VERTICAL OPTION

frustrated this year

I didn't have any problems last year but this year was frustrating. I'm also worried about having my info saved from last year...including my bank information. I worry about security.
What's great about it: Liked having the questions to answer so I don't forget anything.

Excellent Tool

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 plus years and while I have looked at other software I see no reason to switch: the plusses outweigh the few negatives. I like the clear guidance and the option to enter pieces of the puzzle out of order, so to speak.
What's great about it: Clear, concise.
What's not so great: Sometimes it makes you circle back to material already answered/entered.
