Very easy

I really felt that the instructions were very easy to follow and was able to complete my tax returns with no problems. I saved alot of money using turbo tax vs using an accountant.
What's great about it: very easy to follow the instructions given by turbo tax software
What's not so great: did not have anything I did not like

It is annoying when when in the "explore on my own" screen, after completing work on a line item, it pops you back to the top of the screen rather than remaining at the line you last completed so you can progress to the next line item.
When working on a dependent student form, you have to input all of the school information then it says you are not allowed because you are a dependent on someone else tax form. Why not immediately state it before going through all the data input.
What's great about it: Good procedures, like the "explore on my own" feature. Its quick and reduces excessive details
What's not so great: Have a problem with the Dependent Student inputs. Confusion on how to enter dependent student information .

So Fast and Easy

I have used TurboTax for over 5 years. I love how I can compare what I've done year after year, because honestly, not much in my life has changed, so my taxes really stay about the same as well. It's fast, easy, the steps are intuitive. Sometimes I have a little trouble understanding what I'm looking at for income/deduction and I do a little research online if I am eligible, but for the most part, it is very easy to follow the steps.
What's great about it: Intuitive to use
What's not so great: Sometimes not enough explanation of what the item is

Of all the programs out there, its the best. And I have used most all of them, having had a tax business for 25+ years. Easy to use, accurate, comprehensive. And help is just a click away!
What's great about it: prefer to walk thru return on my own. TurboTax gives me that option.

Great experience!

This is the first time I've tried to file myself and decided to try it out since I bought my first house and was able to itemize for the first time. Wow, what a great program this was! The hardest part was literally collecting all the paperwork I needed to enter the info. The software program was so easy to use, I can't believe I haven't been doing this every year. It literally walks you through step by step. Will definitely use again next year and would recommend it to friends.
What's great about it: Easy to use, informative, quick, efficient, user friendly
What's not so great: None that I saw
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
