Very easy

Overall, great product. I will be getting Turbo Tax Deluxe next year as well.
What's great about it: Could not be easier.
What's not so great: I few snags due to paying taxes in KS and MO.

Quick and Easy

It caused a lot of problems trying to figure out why the refund wasn't changing when adding a very large deduction, in the end it wasn't putting it over the standard deductions, but this took an hour to determine. It's easy to get documents, and it's a very good program overall.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to understand, very affordable, explains everything pretty well.
What's not so great: Very difficult to go through the process again and get all the same explanations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love the way Turbo moves my previous year's information forward. Makes the process so much easier and quicker. Excellent program.
What's great about it: Covers all the bases and asks questions in layman's terms
What's not so great: Some of the terminology wasn't clear at first, and some of the questions could have provided a bit more background info

Turbo Tax with ease!

Turbo Tax makes it easy. Whether you're nervous about filing on your own or an old dog, the process is easy and smooth. I've been using TT for almost 15 years and I really can't complain. The only plus would be the ability to file for free, but then I'd have my cake and eat it too!
What's great about it: from amateur to expert, TT is done with ease
What's not so great: One of few charging to file.

Doesn't pull info into state

Have to enter information twice (should pull from the fed but it doesn't for some personal information). Asks some questions that it should be able to calculate (like ages of kids when DOB has already been entered). But it is simple and doesn't seem to make math errors like some of us.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, love the step by step.
What's not so great: Have to enter information into state that was already entered
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is Awesome

Turbo Tax should be called ..Amazing Turbo Tax...Why pay a "expert" to do your taxes when you can do it yourself with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax walks you through every tax deduction. Its as simple as answering simple questions. I will continue to use Turbo Tax to do my taxes and tell my friends about this Amazing Turbo Tax software!!!

Great product for use with multiple returns. I am a CPA and use this for my own and family tax returns.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: When going back to a section to add data or change data already entered, you should not have to re-answer all of the ?s
