TURBO TAX BEATS THE REST

I HAVE USED BOTH TURBO TAX AND THE BLOCKHEAD VERSION . I COULDN'T MAKE HEADS OR TAILS OUT OF THE BLOCKHEAD VERSION. TURBO TAX ROCKS! MAKES ME LOOK SMART.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE; MAKES ME LOOK SMART
What's not so great: TOO EXPENSIVE FOR EXTRA STATE RETURNS AND FILING FEE

For the most part, our returns are pretty simple. Nonetheless, we have an uncommon situation or two. Turbotax is very easy to use and understand. I looked at a competitor's online tax return product earlier in the tax season, and had trouble with it. I just could not figure out how to tell it some of the things that are right in Turbotax's routine questions. I dumped the file and came back to Turbotax.
What's great about it: Easy navigation, clear simple language
What's not so great: What cons? I have none.

I don't have to pull my hair out!

I have used TurboTax for 10+ years. I keep coming back. I trust TurboTax to walk me through my return in a way that is comprehensive and to my advantage. Over the years, I have needed both technical help and answers to tax questions. The tax experts have been very, very helpful and persistent both on the phone and over live chat. My situations have always been positively resolved.
What's great about it: Great support by live chat or phone.
What's not so great: Nope

Was not sure what to expect but it turned out to be quite easy. Straightforward questions. Easy input. Will continue to use it going forward and will recommend it to others.
What's great about it: Much easier than I expected.
What's not so great: Had in issue with input for PA , wish the language was clearer

I have my own business and I love how Turbo tax takes me through all the items I need to think about. I feel very confident that I'm covering all my bases with Turbo Tax.
