Overall Good

Overall it was pretty good. Only issue was handling my K-1 form. It gave vague description but didn't have much explanation on a few questions. Had to dig a little to understand there was nothing to input.
What's great about it: Been using for years....brings in information from former returns.
What's not so great: First time ever had to do a K-1 minimal information.

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. Easy to use. I totally recommend to all!
What's great about it: Orderly, organized, great explanation of items when I clicked on "Get help"

Turbo Tax works well

Turbo Tax gets the job done is a convenient cost effective manner. I feel very confident that it will do a good job. When I had an issue, the help I received was excellent and solved my problem. Good product at a good price.
What's great about it: Able to get all the taxes done that I needed and it was very convenient
What's not so great: Have to pay to efile the State Return

Very thorough and user friendly! I would like to see a a little better explanation of oil and gas royalty entry as there is a little confusion for me on serarating thr entries for oil and gas royalties and lease bonus.
What's great about it: Excellent program
What's not so great: Would like the entry of 1099 oil and gas royalty and lease bonus easier to seperate and enter.

Best plan for do it yourself taxes

program found an error just before I clicked on file that did not appear when i ran error check earlier. A little scary
What's great about it: Best software program for doing your own taxes.
What's not so great: Did not list Metlife for my 1099-Div so I could import.

I've been using Turbotax for five years now and I have no complaints. Easy to use, accurate. I like the review process and the re-check it does.

Surprised me...is was easier than I remembered!

I liked the automatic fill in from last years Turbotax submission. Comparing last years figures with the present year gave me confidence that I was being consistent. I especially liked the last section of efiling the returns both Federal and State at the same time. It seemed so much easier than it has in the past.
What's great about it: Walked me through each item with questions and allowed me to backtrack when I wasn't sure of something.
What's not so great: None

Very good review process to help make sure you haven't missed anything. Nice not to worry that there are no arithmetic errors. big help that is provided to check for errors or anomalies in the documents.
What's great about it: very complete and thorogh
What's not so great: sometimes it is confusing to understand the questions, but the help resources are so complete that eventually I solve
