I have been using TurboTax for several years. I enjoy it's ease of use and user friendly interface. I LOVE the easy e-filing.
I wish the final printed forms came with dialogue boxes or detailed instructions about how the calculations were obtained.

For a tax program, it is simple, checks for errors and can make any form simple by the format provided.

Fairly easy process!

This is approx the 6th year in a row I have utlized TurboTax. I had a "small" problem (small being a relative term when speaking of taxes! Used online support, 04_Dan C. was quite helpful in the end. He helped me start over, and I found the problem and all is well!
What's great about it: User-friendly*, mostly; don't have to try to find the forms locally!
What's not so great: A small issue with W-2/1099-R

I have been doing my own taxes for 35 years. In the past, have been a tax assistant in the military filling out many forms by hand. I started using Turobo Tax abot 10 years ago and it was so easy to do.

TurboTax requires more exacting documentation of charitable contributions than the IRS website. The latter accepts the total for each agency without requiring the number of donations,etc.
What's great about it: Progression through forms with guidance if needed
What's not so great: Time required to list charitable donations

What A Relief It Is

I always do our taxes toward the end of March. We had a personal illness in the family which resulted in the loss of someone very close and dear to our family. Besides the emotional and physical upset, I knew I still had the taxes to file. What a relief it is to know that TurboTax got me through this tax season without any additional stress. I learned how simple things could be when you let TurboTax do most of the work for you. Have used this system for years but did not take full advantage of services offered. Oh, what a relief it is to know that it is all done for another year. Thank you so much.
What's great about it: Time was short, efiled my returns, made my life a lot simplier.
What's not so great: Not a thing...honestly!
