I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have been happy with the results, more often than not. Every year there are improvements.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: It couldn't find my return from last year, even though it was on my computer. I had to retype everything.

Easy to use

Have been using Turbo Tax for the last few years and wouldn't try another tax program. Even convinced by parents to give it a try and they'll keep coming back as well.
What's great about it: Walk through tutorial
What's not so great: Not sure what some things meant and the drop down box didn't help much.

awesome and easy

We used it last year for the first time and we were hooked. This year much of our financial situation changed but the program adapted to our current situation and gave options.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used Turbo Tax for over 25 years. I would recommend to everyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use for the most part. Great help (information) for research
What's not so great: Some instructions tend to be confusing

Over all, it was an easy experience to do my taxes. I have been using Turbo tax for the last 8 years. Only drawback is the price of the program and then the price of the second state.
What's great about it: Easy, walked me right through it
What's not so great: Costs more then it used to
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Sr. Citizen Loves T-T!

I am a 74 year old who has been using T-T for years. I find it easy to use-all you have to do is answer the questions. Having the previous year's info saved is a real timesaver.
The only thing I dislike is having to start at the top of each page (for example, the charitable donations page) after each entry. This is annoying.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate
