As Usual -- Easy, User Friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for years and years. I like that it migrates my old data from year to year, that I can save electronic copy on my PC, and what I call an "interview" style process of asking all questions to make sure you get max refund. Turbo Tax interfaces with my investment firm and transfers all the complicated stock, bonds, mutual funds, IRA, etc investments, trades, sells, distributions--I mean pages of listings of every sell--and it is accurate. It would cost so much for me to pay a CPA for same work. It compares current year with last year and advises you if you need to make future quarterly tax payments.
What's great about it: transfers data, accurate, step-by-step "interview" process, easy to use, useful help section, can stop/start as needed
What's not so great: nothing bad to say!

I've been using Turbo tax since 1997 and it's the best investment I make every years. Turbo tax make taxes easy and painless.

The easiest tax preparation I've used. So easy to follow and you could get information if needed at just the push of a button. I liked where they suggested items that may pertain to me, some I had forgotten about. I loved the It's deductible feature, I've been estimating way to LOW for years, I was surprised at how easy everything was. GREAT Program.
What's great about it: Everything was so easy to understand and follow. It felt like you were talking to a live person and just answering them

Turbo tax is easy to use and I've used it every year. The only disappointment this year was that I started using the online turbo tax program and changed to a purchased disk. All of the information didn't come through that I had previously entered. Only a slight inconvenience.

What's not so great: Doesn't transfer all information from online turbo tax
