UNbelievably Simple

I've used Turbo Tax a few times now and find it's getting easier to use. I like the fact that the state return is prepared at the same time that I'm preparing my federal. Error check gives me the confidence I need to feel confident that I've properly prepared my returns. Overall, just a great experience for a nasty but necessary task!
What's great about it: ease of use, importing features are great, less work for me
What's not so great: none!

I can't imagine doing taxes without this simple, just answer the question, system of filing. If you just read the directions on the tax forms you are sure to do something wrong, that is if you even understood what they were talking about. Turbo Tax takes all that guesswork out of what has become, a yearly distasteful task.

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. It has made tax time a lot easier for me.

I would recommend this software to anyone who want to do their taxes. It is very easy. All questions are ask that need to be asked. Even questions you never thought of.

I was dsiappointed that i had to do the State return manually after Turbo Tax failed to prepare a form for my mother in the year my father died. It prepared a deceased return for him and ignored all of her data and did not produce a form. I deserve a refund for this.
What's great about it: prior data carries over

Easy Returns

We have used turbo tax for perhaps 15 years. I have always been able to complete the returns with ease. If I had questions, I could find the answers or call for customer service.

Made me aware of some deductions I would have missed. It was so easy to do my State taxes since all the info transfered almost instantly. I will def use Turbo Tax again.
