Quick and Easy

Turbo Tax is quick and easy. It covers all the areas that I need covered in a step by step process. Each step has nice documentations, and you can go back to any point any time.
What's great about it: Leading step by step
What's not so great: Need form instructions on a button

Amazingly fast and easy!

It really is as easy as they say! Even in the past, when we had lots of complicated returns, there was help when you needed it. Now our returns are simple by comparison, and I finished our 2012 return in LESS than 3 hours. We won't be changing any time soon. Thanks, TurboTax.
What's great about it: Plenty of explanations and xtra help when you need it.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it fast and easy. My only complaint if they need to be more up front about e-filing fees

This is the 2nd year that we've used Turbo Tax and we were very satisfied both years with the results. It takes the guess work out of what we need to submit by being very detailed. They should allow you to allow you to opt out of areas by one click, instead of having to click through the complete section.
What's great about it: Step by step and easy to follow
What's not so great: Having to check a lot of boxes that didn't apply to us.

PIN Confusion

I would indicate if you are new to Turbo Tax, the PIN selection can not just be created. For I created our PIN numbers and taxes were rejected until I called the IRS number, gave them info from last year and current info and they assigned me a PIN. It might be helpful prior to submitting.
What's not so great: If you are a new e filer, you need not to create your own PIN, call the IRS number to get one!

Easy to do returns

The address of where to mail the Missouri returns on the information page was different, but correct, than the addresses as shown on page 2 of the Missouri return. I believe the addresses on page 2 of the Missouri return are incorrect.
What's great about it: E-file of federal return
What's not so great: Charge for filing state return
Pros: I bought or sold investments
